Maxime Cadin has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at BNP Paribas as a Debt Capital Markets - FIG & SSA Analyst and Structured Equity Strategic Marketing Assistant. In 2014, they joined PayinTech as a Financial and Administrative Manager. In 2015, they were the Head of B2B France and Business Development Manager at Take Eat Easy. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Business Development Manager at Everoad, ex-Convargo. Since 2018, they have been the Co-Founder & CEO at Elmut.

Maxime Cadin completed a Master "Grande Ecole" at Audencia from 2010 to 2014, with a focus on Strategy, Finance, Law, Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Spanish. Maxime also completed exchange semesters at Miami University and Zhejiang University in 2013, studying Company Valuation, M&A, LBO, IPOs, Portfolio Management, Political Science, Cross Cultural Management, Mandarin, Business in China, and Political Science, respectively. Prior to this, they attended Lycée Carnot from 2008 to 2010.
