Cecily Chao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health care operations and business strategy. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at elmntri since September 2023, Cecily previously co-founded CDP Managed Care, where significant contributions included establishing the first HMO/IPA in China. Holding roles such as Director of Commercial Operations for Enhance BioMedical and Vice President of Operations at iUKOS, Cecily oversaw substantial business growth and operational excellence. Prior positions also include Director of Service Quality at iTutorGroup and Deputy Director of Operations at Unilab, where leadership in quality improvement and strategic initiatives was demonstrated. Cecily holds an MA in Medical Ethics and Law from King's College London and a BSc in Biological Science and Technology from China Medical University.
