Joshua Louis serves as the Principal of Sandburg Middle School within Elmhurst District 205 Public Schools since July 2023, leading a high-achieving academic community and driving the school toward recognition as the top-performing middle school in Illinois for IAR achievement. Prior experience includes serving as Principal, Assistant Principal, and teacher at Naperville Community Unit School District 203 from September 2010 to July 2023, where a strong emphasis on extracurricular activities contributed to fostering student belonging and success. Earlier roles included teaching Physical Science at Kaneland School District and filling a mid-year science vacancy at Naperville Christian Academy while pursuing graduate studies at Wheaton College. Joshua holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from North Central College, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Wheaton College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Bio/Pre-Medicine from Augustana College.
