Hazem Saeed is an experienced operations and compliance professional with a strong background in restaurant and team management. Currently serving as a Restaurant Operations Supervisor at elmenus since December 2022, Hazem oversees the daily operations of multiple restaurants and leads a team to ensure exceptional performance. Prior to this role, Hazem spent over four years at Swvl, where responsibilities included leading the Global Compliance Team, monitoring team performance as Captain Help Team Leader, and providing support as a Captain Support Specialist. Hazem holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade from Helwan University in Cairo, earned in 2019.
