Lalitha Suresh holds extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Sr Regional Portfolio Manager at Elme Communities since January 2023. Previously, Lalitha worked as Regional Portfolio Manager at Avenue5 Residential from October 2021 to December 2022 and as Regional Manager at Fairfield Residential from March 2019 to October 2021. Earlier roles include Regional Portfolio Manager at KETTLER and Regional Property Manager at Vantage Management Inc. from March 2016 to May 2018. Lalitha began a long tenure at Bozzuto Management in March 2003, culminating as General Manager over 13 years. Expertise includes large lease-up projects of mixed-use buildings that integrate retail and residential spaces, notably managing a significant project comprising 303 residential units and 90,000 square feet of retail space, including Walmart.
