Grant Montgomery has a diverse work experience in the fields of real estate market analysis, strategic planning, and research. Grant started their career as an Associate at RCLCO Real Estate Consulting in 1997 and later served as an Associate at McShea & Company. In 1999, they worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Fountain Square Properties as a Development Associate in 2003. From 2005 to 2014, they worked at Delta Associates, where they served as a Senior Vice President and apartment practice leader. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Research at Elme Communities, where they lead the research team responsible for market intelligence and trend analysis.
Grant Montgomery obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business, graduating Cum Laude from Wake Forest University in the years 1993 to 1997. Following this, they pursued further studies at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2001 to 2003, earning their Master's degree in Real Estate, also graduating Cum Laude.
