Radosław Z. began their work experience in 2005 as a Customer Service Engineer at Telekomunikacja Polska (now Orange Polska). Radosław then worked as a Campus Network Administrator at Rzeszow University from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they joined FIBRAIN as a Network Engineer before moving on to roles such as Product Owner, Head of Active Equipment Department, and finally, Technical Director of Active Equipment Department.

Radosław Z. completed their postgraduate studies in IT Project Management at the AGH University of Krakow from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Networks and Telecommunications from the Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degrees, Radosław Z. has also obtained several certifications. Radosław earned the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) 642-902 ROUTE certification from Cisco in September 2013. In August 2009, they obtained the Planning and Administering Windows Server 2008 Servers certification from Microsoft. Radosław Z. also holds the Cisco Certificate Network Associate (CCNA 3.1) certification, which they obtained from Cisco in September 2008. Finally, they obtained the Business English Certificate (BEC) Vantage from the University of Cambridge in May 2008.
