Gerhard Epp is an accomplished engineering and operations professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Ellwood National Crankshaft, Gerhard has also held key positions such as Operations Manager at ELLWOOD Quality Steels Co and General Manager at ELLWOOD National Forge since 2018. Additionally, Gerhard has been the Director of Operations at Ellwood Milled Products since 2017 and was Manager of Operations at Patriot Forge Co. from 1996 to 2006. Gerhard Epp holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from McMaster University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy and Operations from Wilfrid Laurier University.
