Larry Leonard has been working in the software and hardware configuration and build process management field since 1994. Larry started their career at AOL LLC as a Principal Software Engineer, where they were part of the original Client Configuration Management group, responsible for source control, build automation, artifact archival and retrieval, and Release Management. Larry then moved to K12 in 2008, where they designed, developed and deployed a unified, automated build, deployment and tracking system to deploy web based, Java applications with extensive Oracle support. In 2011, they joined Parsons as a Senior Configuration Manager, where they were responsible for the build and release management automation systems, defect tracking and internal documentation systems administration. Larry then moved to PIXIA Corp in 2014, where they were a Senior Software Release and Configuration Manager, responsible for software and hardware configuration and build process management for the national defense/intelligence sector. In 2015, they joined Pro-Sphere Tek as a Senior Configuration Manager, where they were on contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to modernize aspects of the VistA application suite. In 2017, they joined Salient CRGT as a Senior Configuration Manager, where they were on contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to provide software configuration management support. Larry currently works at Ellumen, Inc. as a Senior Configuration Manager.
Larry Leonard attended Stevens HS from 1986 to 1989, where they earned their High School Diploma. Larry then went on to the University of South Dakota from 1989 to 1993, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology/Chemistry.
