Dipak Lad has over three decades of experience in the adhesives and coatings industry, currently serving as the Canada General Sales Manager at Ellsworth Adhesives since October 2007, with previous roles including Engineered Sales Representative and Canadian Sales Manager. Prior to Ellsworth, Dipak held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Glue Dots International from October 2007 to January 2009, and worked at H.B. Fuller from May 1997 to October 2007 as a Territory Manager and Technical Service Manager. Earlier in the career, Dipak served as Technical Service Manager and R&D Chemist at Rhodia Canada between 1991 and 1997. Dipak earned a degree from Nottingham Trent University from 1985 to 1989.
