Henry Zhou is an accomplished professional in the fields of AI and machine learning, currently serving as Chief Speech Scientist at Ello since March 2023. Prior to this role, Henry co-founded Talka.ai and worked as an AI Architect, focusing on conversational AI and multi-modal learning between May 2021 and February 2023. Henry has also contributed to significant projects at Facebook AI as an AI Resident from August 2019 to August 2020 and completed a research internship at NVIDIA under the supervision of Prof. Sanja Fidler. Academic experience includes a tenure as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Toronto, where research efforts were published in CVPR and ICLR, alongside a recognized capstone project. Earlier roles included software engineering at Intel Corporation and a summer internship at Oracle. Henry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and an Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Peking University.
