Kimberly Cross has extensive experience in business intelligence and operations, currently serving as a Technology & Operations Subject Matter Expert and Lead Report Analyst at Allstate since February 2011, where responsibilities include business intelligence forecasts and hindcasts. In addition, Kimberly has been a Data Processor for Catastrophe Support at Ellis, Partners in Management Solutions since November 2011, and operates as the Owner of The Source Event & Wedding Planning since April 2004. Previous roles include GIS Coordinator at Mosaic Sales Solutions from July 1999 to December 2010 and Call Center Supervisor at VarTec Telecom from 1996 to 1999. Kimberly is an alumnus of DW Carter High School.
