Alicia M. Craig NALP, LCAM is an experienced property management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Regional Manager for a private investor since May 2020, Alicia also works as a Certified Mystery Shopper with Ellis, Partners in Management Solutions since January 2020. Previously held positions include Property Manager at RANE Property Management and Senior Property Manager at Tzadik Management, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple sites and managing financial operations. Alicia has developed strong relationship management skills, having interacted with over 180 owners at INCORE Residential, and has significant expertise in marketing and leasing strategies from roles at ZRS Management and SL Green Realty Corp. Alicia's educational journey includes a high school diploma with honors from Zephyrhills High School and extended studies at Hillsborough Community College.
