Ryan Phillips is an experienced professional in the aquatic operations and risk management sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at SST since May 2016, Ryan leads an international team in delivering risk management programs and safety training, while acting as Global Client Director for various international partners. As an Associate and Instructor Trainer with Ellis and Associates, Inc. since May 2013, Ryan has contributed to the ILTP textbook review committee and provided training across over 20 countries. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Aquatics at Great Wolf Lodge, Operations Manager at Fort Rapids Waterpark, and Aquatics Supervisor at Sage Hospitality Group. Ryan's robust expertise is backed by a solid educational foundation from The Ohio State University.
