Krista Hespeler is an accomplished Grade 5 Teacher at Ellington Public Schools since August 2016, bringing over five years of experience in education. Krista leads the fifth grade team, develops engaging lessons tailored to various student needs, and fosters a supportive learning environment through distance learning initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a substitute teacher at Vernon Public Schools and completing student teaching roles at Renzulli Academy of Gifted & Talented and Mayberry Elementary School. Krista holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Connecticut.
