David B. Williams is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate and HR communications. Currently acting as a Communications Specialist at the Ellig Group since June 2022, David focuses on candidate assessments and communications. Prior to this role, David operated as a self-employed Communications Specialist from August 2020 to June 2022, demonstrating expertise in corporate communications and employee engagement through storytelling. David also served as Communications Manager at Linde from April 2015 to August 2020, where strategic communication for a global workforce of 80,000 was developed. Earlier roles include managing internal communications at Praxair, communicating benefits programs at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and producing content for Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield's corporate newsletter. David holds both a BA in History and an MA in Political Science from Miami University.
