Nicole Thornton has extensive experience in customer service and commercial operations. Since October 2014, Nicole has served as a Commercial Operations Coordinator at Ellicott Development Company. Previous roles include waitress at Joseph's Catering, front desk staff at Hampton Inn and Suites, and claims representative at GEICO. Additional experience encompasses customer service positions at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. and American Eagle Outfitters, as well as hostess duties at P.F. Chang's China Bistro. Nicole holds an Associate of Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Niagara County Community College, completed in December 2022, and has pursued education at several institutions, including the State University of New York at Oswego and Canisius University.
