Zane Veidemane-Berzina is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in banking, finance, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Co-Head of Banking & Finance at Ellex Klavins since January 2024, Zane previously held the position of Baltic Regulatory Affairs Officer at SEB from November 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included monitoring and addressing various regulatory requirements for the bank. Zane also has a strong background in law, having served as a Partner at Kronbergs ÄŒukste Levin law firm and as the head of the EU and Competition Law Practice at Kronbergs & ÄŒukste law firm. Additionally, Zane has experience as a mentor at Startup Wise Guys and began a legal career as an associate at ERNST&YOUNG. Zane holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Union Law from Lund University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in European Union and International Comparative Law from Concordia International University Estonia.
