Silva Valtere is an experienced marketing and management professional with a comprehensive background in both legal and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Marketing Project Manager at Ellex since January 2015, Silva has collaborated with HR and marketing teams in Estonia and Lithuania, created marketing campaigns, and managed communication channels. Additionally, Silva is the Digital Marketing Manager at Psihodiagnostikas un terapiju centrs and a Certified Fitness Trainer for Latvijas Sporta federāciju padome, demonstrating versatility in skill sets. Previous roles include managerial positions in reception and reservations at Accor and Hilton Worldwide, as well as assistant general management at Guesthouse Stöng. Silva's education includes a Master’s degree in European Studies from Rīga Stradiņš University and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Organization and Management from Vidzemes Augstskola.
