Brian Hamblin is an experienced professional in governance and policy, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Ellement Consulting Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions, including Executive Administrator at Employee Benefit Funds Administration Ltd from January 2018 to September 2023 and Plan Board Specialist at Alberta Pension Services from September 2016 to January 2018. Brian's extensive background also includes serving as Executive Officer of Risk Services at AUMA, City Manager for both the City of Camrose and the City of Moose Jaw, and Director of Corporate Services for the City of Regina. Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Saskatchewan.
