Brian Loos has had a long and varied career. Brian began their professional career in 1994 as an Industrial Engineer Supervisor at United Parcel Service. In 1997, they moved to Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as an Experienced Manager. In 2002, they joined Safety-Kleen as a Director of Terminal Operations, Director of Used Oil Logistics, and Director of Business Processes. In 2014, they became the VP of Operations at Ultravision International. From 2016 to 2022, they were the VP of Operations and Warehouse Director at Pecan Deluxe Candy Company. Brian then moved to EllansaLabs as Chief Operations Officer and ReddyIce as Director of Operations.

Brian Loos attended Richardson High School from 1985 to 1988, where they graduated with Honors. Brian then attended Texas Tech University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a BSIE in Industrial Engineering. Brian continued their studies at Texas Tech University from 1993 to 1994, earning an MSIE in Industrial Engineering.
