Sean McCormick is a partner at Elkins Kalt Weintraub Reuben Gartside LLP, where since March 2020, Sean has represented individuals and entities in disputes and litigation in state and federal courts, focusing on areas such as complex contract and business disputes, product liability, mass torts, insurance, land use, Proposition 65, and environmental contamination. Prior to this role, Sean served as a litigation associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from November 2014 to February 2020, specializing in commercial litigation, and gained judicial experience as a law clerk at the United States District Court from August 2013 to September 2014. Sean's academic background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a bachelor's degree in Business and History from Gonzaga University.
