Martijn Winters currently serves as Asset Manager Vastgoedsturing at Thuiscorporatie Elkien since August 2023. Prior to this role, Martijn amassed significant experience at Action between May 2016 and May 2023, holding various positions including Real Estate Portfolio Manager, Acquisition Manager, Process Coordinator, and Systems Employee. Martijn began the professional journey at Marko Gielens Makelaardij as an Assistent Makelaar and previously worked at PostNL as a Pakketpostbezorger. Martijn also completed an internship at De Verheul Groep in the real estate sector. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Vastgoedmanagement from Hogeschool HBO Nederland, complemented by recent studies at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate scheduled for March to May 2024.
