Jacoliene Maat MBA has extensive experience in strategic collaboration and management within the housing sector, currently serving as Adviseur Strategische Samenwerkingen at elkien since January 2016, alongside roles such as Bestuurssecretaris en relatiemanager and Strategisch Bestuursadviseur. Prior to this, Jacoliene held various managerial positions at WoonFriesland, overseeing multiple departments and developing strategic vision and policies for housing and real estate from 2000 to 2016. In addition, Jacoliene contributed to educational alignment as a member of the werkveld adviescommissie at Hanzehogeschool Groningen from 2014 to 2019.
