Roy Johnson has extensive experience in management and supervision, currently serving as Warehouse Manager at Elkhart Products Corporation since February 2015, after holding the position of 2nd shift supervisor. Prior to this, Roy worked at Baldor Electric from April 1984 to August 2014 as an Area Manager, leading and training teams of over 120 employees across various shifts to enhance performance and quality. Additionally, Roy was the Owner of Johnson Construction from 1999 to 2004, where expertise in construction methods and completion of five homes was demonstrated. Educational background includes a high school degree from Westville High School, completed in 1980.
