Barbara Cripe serves as the Director of Elementary Curriculum and Instruction for Elkhart Community Schools since July 2023. Prior to this role, Barbara was a retired Principal at Riverview Elementary School from February 2012 to July 2018. Barbara also briefly served as a Principal at Elkhart Community Schools in 2012. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Ball State University, as well as degrees in Director of Special Education, Educational Leadership, and Education/Teaching of Individuals with Specific Learning Disabilities from various institutions.
