Linghu Xiao began their work experience in 2010 with China BlueStar (Group) Co., Ltd. Their roles included MCS production operator, workshop leader assistant, CQO assistant, quality coordinator, product stewardship director, and product stewardship manager. In 2016, Linghu Xiao took on the position of Vice Director of the Warehouse & Storage Branch. In 2017, they joined Elkem Silicones as the Quality Vice Director of ESX.

Linghu Xiao completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organic Chemistry from Nanchang University from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Linghu Xiao also completed a degree in 理学硕士 (which translates to Master of Science) with a field of study in 有机化学 (Organic Chemistry) from Nanchang University during the same period.
