Tammy Miller, MBA, EJD has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Global Information Technology Director (CIO/CISO) at Elkay Interior Systems International, Inc. In this role, Tammy leads and manages international IT teams across multiple locations, overseeing IT operations, contracts, vendor relationships, and budgets.

Prior to their current role, Tammy worked at Aspirus Health, where they held various positions. As the System Director of Applications, they directed a large portfolio of enterprise and local applications, negotiated contracts with software vendors, and integrated three separate healthcare systems within three years. As an IT Enterprise Clinical Applications Manager, Tammy led a team of application analysts and managed a wide range of clinical applications, including Epic, with a significant annual operating budget.

Before joining Aspirus Health, Tammy served as an Information Technology Epic Manager, where they oversaw the deployment and installation of Epic systems at multiple healthcare facilities. Tammy also worked as a Project Manager, Team Lead, Application Analyst, and IT Trainer, gaining extensive experience in project management, application support, and staff training.

Throughout their career, Tammy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to drive technological initiatives. Tammy has successfully managed complex IT projects and developed strategic relationships with software vendors. Tammy's expertise lies in IT operations, software management, and leveraging technology to streamline processes in healthcare organizations.

Tammy Miller, MBA, EJD has a comprehensive education history. Tammy completed their Executive Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Concord Law School at Purdue University Global, starting in 2020 and graduating in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University, from 2015 to 2016. Tammy also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, which they completed from 1990 to 1994.

In addition to their degrees, Tammy has obtained various certifications. Tammy earned an e-Diploma from Concord Law School at Purdue Global in May 2023, and a Cyber Law Micro-credential from Purdue University Global in January 2023. Tammy achieved the highest course grade, Distinguished Scholar status, and made the Dean's List at Concord Law School. Furthermore, Tammy has certifications relevant to their professional work, including being a CIO Boot Camp Graduate from CHIME in 2019, and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) from HIMSS (Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society) in November 2012.
