Kyle Smith is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, play-by-play commentary, and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Business Development at Sports Broadcast Solutions since August 2020, Kyle specializes in recruiting a variety of media professionals. Simultaneously, Kyle holds multiple commentator roles across various platforms, including rugby, hockey, and high school athletics, showcasing versatility in live sports broadcasting. Previously, Kyle gained human resources experience at Connor Manufacturing Services and held administrative positions in local government. Kyle earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Waldorf University and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communication from Marquette University.
