David Miron is a seasoned consultant and educator with extensive experience in clergy and congregation consulting, currently serving as a consultant at Clergy & Congregation Consulting since September 2013. Miron has held various academic roles at Elizabethtown College since November 2002, teaching courses related to religion and leadership. Previous positions include Director of Administration and Job Placement Services at Tri County Community Action, Coordinator of EAP services at Family Service of Lancaster, and Major Professor in the Management and Organization Development program at Eastern Mennonite University. Miron's early career features leadership roles such as Director of Support Systems at Sharing Programs, Inc., and ordained minister at Blossom Hill Mennonite Church. Miron holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Jewish Studies and Religion from Temple University, alongside a certificate in Biblical Studies from Eastern Mennonite Seminary.
