Pauline Devinger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in audit, compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Internal Audit & Risk Management at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation since July 2017, Devinger previously held the position of Director of Compliance & Risk Management at FHI 360 from July 2011 to July 2017, where responsibilities included identifying project risks and ensuring donor compliance. Devinger’s earlier roles included Project Director at FHI 360, Senior Consultant at Beers & Cutler PLLC, and Grant Manager at CRDF, where Devinger managed grants and compliance for various international projects. Devinger began the career as Project Manager at Kontinent and holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
