Timothy Campbell began their work experience as a Financial/Business Analyst at Elixir in June 2010. Timothy was then promoted to the role of Lead Financial Analyst in October 2012 and subsequently became the Manager of Health Plans for Government Programs in October 2015. In March 2021, they were promoted to Senior Financial Manager Reporting & Analytics, Government Programs, a position they held until November 2022. Currently, Timothy holds the position of Director of Reporting & Analytics, Government Programs at Elixir. Prior to joining Elixir, Timothy worked as a Financial Analyst at Apotex Inc. from November 2007 to October 2009.

Timothy Campbell completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from Florida Atlantic University between the years 2005 and 2007.
