Lulu Ge has over 14 years of professional experience in a variety of industries. In 2006, they began their career as a Public Relations and Special Events Intern at Macy's West. Lulu then moved to Landor Associates as a Brand Consulting in 2007. In 2009, they became a Change Management Consultant at Stromberg Consulting (now Ketchum Change). In 2010, they joined KPMG Management Consulting as a Strategy, Change & Transformation Consultant and was also a Board Advisor and Growth Consultant at the U.S. China Exchange Center. In 2013, they were recruited by Saks Fifth Avenue as the Director of Change & Transformation. Lulu was then appointed Head of Change Management at Hudson's Bay Company in 2015. In 2018, they founded #PeriodPainFree and in 2020, they founded Elix, the first platform to deliver personalized and clinically-backed Chinese Herbal Medicine for chronic care. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Angel Investor at TBA.
Lulu Ge attended The Wharton School from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA. Lulu also obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Chinese Language and Culture from Peking University. Lulu then went on to obtain an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology, Organization Change and Consultation from Columbia University. Finally, they obtained a B.A. in Art Lulu'story and Political Science from UC San Diego. In addition, they obtained a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) Certification from the American Management Association in 2012 and a Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci.
