Steven Loiseau serves as the Secrétaire général at ELITHIS since June 2016, overseeing the organization and supervision of financial, administrative, human resources, IT, and legal services, while coordinating the operational departments to achieve the Business Plan. Previously, Steven held the position of Directeur Administratif et Financier at Majid Al Futtaim from April 2012 to June 2016, leading a team of 27 and managing a €200M annual revenue, and played a pivotal role in financial reorganization and strategic cost optimization. Earlier experiences include financial controller roles at Groupe Carrefour and KPMG France, with responsibilities spanning financial performance analysis, budget management, and auditing. Educational credentials include an Engineer's degree from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, an MBA from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Master's in Water Resources Engineering Management from the University of Glasgow.
