Heidi Maschmann has a diverse work experience in various industries. Heidi began their career as the Operations Supervisor - Import Manager at AC Express, Inc., where they handled rating, costing, and billing functions and supervised the Customer Service Department. Heidi then moved on to Time Definite Services, Inc., where they managed warehouse inventory operations for Fortune 500 companies. At ELITeXPO, Heidi served as the VP of Information Systems, CSR, and Marketing, overseeing computer systems, training the staff, and managing freight logistics. In 2011, they started their own marketing business, Heidi Maschmann Marketing, offering website creation, social media marketing, and photography services to local businesses. Throughout their career, Heidi has gained extensive experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, marketing, and customer service.

Heidi Maschmann attended the University of Illinois Chicago in 1983, studying Economics, Math, and English. In 1984, they enrolled in Oakton College to learn Basic Programming and Accounting. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1982, they attended Maine Township High School West, focusing on Music, Spanish, and English.
