Sterling Pitchford has held various roles in the technology industry since 2017. In 2017, they began their career as a Social Media Marketing Consultant at GoDaddy. In 2019, they moved to Restaurant365 as a Senior Sales Development Representative. In 2020, they took on the role of Marketing Sales Development Manager at American National. In 2021, they became the Customer Success Manager at EliteGamingLIVE and then the BDR Manager at the same company. Additionally, they are currently the Sales Development Representative Supervisor at Email on Acid.

Sterling Pitchford attended Texas State University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
