Patrick Fenner is a Multi-Property Manager at Elite Property Management, where responsibilities include marketing services to prospective clients, developing marketing strategies for newly acquired properties, and ensuring owner satisfaction through effective management of 350 properties. Duties also encompass project management, oversight of third-party contractors, and contract management. Previously, Patrick served as a GIS Intern for the City of Corvallis, creating maps of water features to assist in development planning.
