Duke Lemmens serves as the Central Regional Manager at National Flex Football since November 2018 and as a Sales Representative at Elite Orthopedics, LLC. since April 2018, assisting surgeons with Arthrex equipment during orthopedic surgeries. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the University of Florida from 2013 to 2018, where Duke served in various roles, including Football Strength and Conditioning Coach, responsible for designing athlete programs and presentations for recruits. Duke also functioned as an Assistant OPS Strength and Conditioning Coach, Graduate Assistant Football Coach specializing in defensive line and special teams, and interned in the UF NCAA Compliance Department. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism, both awarded by the University of Florida.
