Leticia Leite has extensive experience in real estate and business development, serving as a Real Estate Agent and Investor at Elite International Realty since June 2020, and as a Partner at Performance Empreendimentos Imobiliários since 2002. Previously, Leticia held roles including Project Manager at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and Partner & CMO at Thinkseg, which acquired Bidu in 2018. Leticia co-founded Peixe Urbano and served as Director of Communications. Additional roles include digital product management at SOM LIVRE, corporate communications at VISA International, and associate in the Innovation & Technology Practice at Burson-Marsteller. Leticia's educational background includes a BA in Communication & Commerce from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in Business Administration from FGV, and various certifications in finance and real estate.
