Philip Dalimonte currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Elite Insurance Partners, a position held since July 2020. Previously, Philip was the President of RedRock Leadership of Clearwater from January 2018 to July 2020, focusing on sales training and leadership development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Sales & Marketing at DMS - Direct Mail Systems and Director of Marketing for Bay Area Young Professionals. Philip began a career in sales at TeleHealth Services and gained early experience as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Educated at SUNY Empire State College, Philip holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
