Lina Alejandra López Bernal has a diverse work experience in accounting and coordination roles. Lina Alejandra started their career as a Coordinator of Projects at the Asociación Colombiana de Facultades de Contaduría Pública ASFACOP in March 2014 and worked there until August 2018. From September 2018 to November 2020, they worked as an External Auditor at Deloitte. Lina then joined Be.Group in November 2020 as an External Auditor and stayed there until April 2022. Currently, they are employed as the Head of IFRS Accounting at Elite Flower since August 2022.

Lina Alejandra López Bernal has a diverse education history. Lina Alejandra started their education journey in 2010 at Escuela Normal Superior Nuestra Señora de la Paz, where they obtained their degree as a Normalista Superior in Education primaria from 2010 to 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2019, they studied at Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia and earned a degree in Contadora Pública. In 2014, Lina completed a diploma in Contabilidad y finanzas from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, specializing in Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera NIIF. Most recently, they pursued further education at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2021 and 2022, where they obtained a degree as an Especialista en Aseguramiento y Control Interno. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Miembro Afiliado del Instituto Nacional de Contadores Públicos de Colombia from Instituto Nacional de Contadores Públicos, which was obtained in 2021.
