Tiina Höckert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Head of Mobile Access at Elisa since March 2014. Höckert has held numerous leadership roles within the company, including Head of Access Design and Head of Access Implementation, focusing on network design, construction, and business cooperation. Prior to these roles, Höckert was Development Director for Network Services, overseeing business cooperation and demand management in mobile and fixed networks, and served as Project Manager for a company-wide profitability management initiative. Höckert's career at Elisa began in 1994, with various positions in broadband and mobile services. Höckert also took time off from the professional sphere as a full-time parent between January 2009 and March 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Economic Sciences in Marketing from Hanken School of Economics and a Bachelor in Hospitality Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
