Mirkka Rintala is a communications and human resources professional with extensive experience in corporate internal communications and employee engagement. Currently a Communications Manager at Elisa, Mirkka supports international business initiatives. Previous positions include Change & Communications Manager at Cargotec, where responsibilities involved driving corporate-level change communications, establishing a new global service center, and leading employee adaptation for new tools such as Google. Mirkka also held roles at MacGregor, where contributions spanned from human resource management to marketing communication, and began a career in communication during the company's acquisition phase.
