Matias Castren has a robust career in the field of technology and operations, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Elisa IndustrIQ since 1995. Over the years at Elisa, Matias has held various significant positions, including Director of Strategic Alliances for Industrial IoT, Director and Head of Broadband Subscription Business, Executive Vice President of Development, Services & IT, and Vice President of Customer Care & Billing. Prior to joining Elisa, Matias worked as a Project Manager at Digital from 1988 to 1995. Matias holds a Master of Science in Technical Physics from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and an Executive MBA from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
