Eerika Tirkkonen is a Legal Counsel at Elisa, a leading Finnish telecommunications and digital services provider, since January 2022. Prior to this role, Eerika gained experience as an Associate Lawyer at Castrén & Snellman, specializing in Intellectual Property, Technology, and Corporate Governance from January 2019 to December 2021. Eerika also held roles as an Associate and Thesis Trainee focused on Intellectual Property, and completed a Senior Trainee position at the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. Eerika's experience further includes a trainee role at the Finnish Digital Agency and a sales position at K-Rauta over several years. Eerika holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Lapland and participated in the North2North Exchange Programme at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
