Monique Rial Lisboa has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2005 at Accenture, they worked as an HR People Advisor, responsible for optimizing the employee working experience and providing guidance to executives at all stages of the HR life cycle. During their tenure, they also handled succession planning, talent management, and performance management. In 2015, they joined Excerpta Medica BV - Adelphi Group as a Senior HR Manager, where they developed and implemented HR strategies across multiple countries. In their most recent role at elipsLife, they have served in various capacities, including Senior HR Manager Benelux and Head of Human Resources Benelux, overseeing Human Capital management and providing strategic HR solutions.
