Kaspar Weiss has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kaspar began their career in 1986 as a Project Manager and Field Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation, where they worked until 1996. Kaspar then joined Compaq Computer AG, serving as a Service Delivery Unit Manager and later as a Service Center Manager. In 2001, they became the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at car4you Schweiz AG, leading the development of an international automotive portal. From 2001 to 2005, Kaspar worked at TDC Switzerland AG (sunrise), first as the Customer Care Business Unit Manager and later as the Customer Care Director and Head of Technical Support. In 2005, they joined BT as the International Head of Service Operations for E*MEA, responsible for customer service provision in over 110 countries. Kaspar then moved on to Swisscom Schweiz AG in 2009, where they held the position of Head of Service Center & Assurance. Since 2013, they have been working as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for elipsLife, a role that includes various responsibilities such as IT strategy planning, IT risk and security implementation, and IT application development/integration. Throughout their career, Kaspar has demonstrated strong leadership, entrepreneurship, and a focus on customer satisfaction and cost reduction.

Kaspar Weiss completed a certification in Digital Strategy and Transformation from IMD in 2021. In the same year, they also obtained certifications in Fintech Innovation and Disruption, Blockchain, AI, Cryptocurrencies, Smart Contracts, Token, and DeFi from IMD. Additionally, they completed certifications in Artificial Intelligence (AI), IoT, Robotics, Blockchain, New Business Models, and New Eco Systems from IMD. In 2021, Kaspar also received a certification in the competitive advantages of big data, business analytics, and artificial intelligence from IMD. Prior to these certifications, Kaspar graduated in Economic Computer Science (Swiss government diploma) from IFA - The higher technical school of the digital economy in 1996.
