Michelle Wasak is an experienced operations manager currently employed at Eliot Community Human Services since April 2011, where responsibilities include program development and overseeing a rep-payee program for over 100 clients. Previously, Michelle held the role of office manager in a fast-paced out-patient mental health clinic, implementing workflow improvements to enhance efficiency. Prior to this, Michelle founded and directed Middlesex Medical Billing from December 1998 to January 2011, managing all aspects of the start-up business. Earlier career roles include service writer/shop foreman at Kelly Nissan and service consultant at Ira Lexus, both positions focused on providing exceptional customer service and increasing sales in vehicle maintenance. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from South Western Community College and has received additional education from Katharine Gibbs School and Everett High School.
