Andrew Campbell currently serves as Operations Manager at Elior UK, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Andrew had an extensive career at YO! Sushi, progressing through roles such as Operations Manager, Area Manager for Scotland and Belfast, and Manager from January 2015 until January 2024. Andrew also held the role of Restaurant Manager at Cafe Rouge from September 2012 to August 2014, where responsibilities included driving sales and enhancing customer relationships. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Illicit Still from June 2010 to September 2012, focusing on refurbishment and supplier negotiations, and as Deputy General Manager at Simpsons Hotel from August 2006 to May 2010. Andrew's education was completed at Robert Gordons College from 1992 to 1998.
