Patrick Marester has extensive experience in asset and contract management within the IT sector, currently serving as a Senior Asset & Contract Manager at Elior Group since April 2001. Responsibilities include the identification and management of IT contracts, centralized database maintenance for contract deadlines, and overseeing financial leasing of assets. Additionally, Patrick has held various roles, including interim Project Manager PMO, overseeing the implementation of project management tools, and managing IT asset services, which include administering a solution for 50,000 IT assets and a fleet of over 2,000 vehicles. Patrick's expertise also encompasses service delivery management, having led support operations and implemented ITSM solutions such as Easyvista to optimize service desk functions. Previous experience at Continent involved coordinating IT efforts across multiple hypermarkets and managing significant teams and budgetary responsibilities.
